Hello hello! As a fan of this blog for several years, I'm super humbled that Brian asked me to jump on board as an ongoing contributor.

Over the last few weeks, I've been fortunate enough to have a longer stay with The Mill+. I have to say, working with Brian has been inspiring, intimidating and has had HR working OVERTIME, but it's been really amazing to get to learn a thing or two from the big Goss.

Okay enough small talk! For this mix we're going to weave in and out of different takes on modern R&B. Jeremih, Inc. and Jai Paul (among others) are pushing the boundaries of traditional rhythm and blues with some pretty spectacular results. Sprinkled in are some of my favorite new tracks from all across genres. Some noteworthy moments include a cut off the new DJ Koze album Amygdala (which is phenomenal), my personal favorite from new Local Natives album, and a sneak peek at the new Bibio record which sounds very promising.

This mix is downloadable as tracks in standard "Since78" format or as a single chaptered m4a.
